This chart shows the forwarding expenses and the forwarding weight. Please consider: The package weight is additionally to the product weight. Product specific there can be variations at the forwarding expenses, because the forwarding provider (e.g. GLS) transports smaller packages at a reduced rate.
The forwarding options "German Logistics Systems (GLS)", "Forwarding expenses according to packageweight / best price" only refer onto the forwarding within Germany. Forwarding into other european countries always causes upper forwarding expenses.
NOTE ON DELIVERY: Please check your delivery(s) IMMEDIATELY upon receipt for any external damage to the packaging. Please note such damage in writing (!) on the confirmation of receipt, as this will make later complaints easier.
The delivery of forwarding goods, ie cages and aviaries, is carried out "free to road curb" as usual in the haulage industry.

Forwarding expenses-Europe:
- For deliveries till 40Kg the forwarding expenses were obtained at the Shop24, if you click after the product choice (articles have to be in the shopping cart) onto Cashpoint. For deliveries in european countries, which are not in the EU(Switzerland, Lichtenstein), costs of customs clearance among 10,00 and 18,00 Eur are incurred.

Delivery of download items / order vouchers:
Supply of download products: Download products (digital content which is not supplied on a physical data carrier) do not incur shipping costs.
The customers can download the Download items via a link shared through email.
This email is sent with the access data for the Download within 24 hours after placing the order (in case an advance payment has been agreed upon, after the payment authorisation).

Delivery periods
Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 3 - 10 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction). Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays. If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
In case of self-collection, we will inform you by email once the product is ready, along with the collection options. In this case, dispatch costs will not be charged.
