5. Guarantee and adhesion

6. Terms of payment

If one of the aforementioned general trading conditions is ineffective, the effectiveness of the remaining trading conditions is not affected of it. In place of the ineffective regulation that regulation is valid as agreed upon, which comes in legal and economic regard of the ineffective regulation next.
